Section 67.1
Disposition versions
67.1. Every person who
(1) fails to recover halocarbons in the situations referred to in the first or second paragraph of section 10, subparagraph 2 of the first paragraph or the second paragraph of section 11, the first paragraph of section 14 or section 31 or 36;
(2) fails to stop a leak in the case provided for in subparagraph 1 of the first paragraph of section 11;
(3) contravenes the second paragraph of section 12 or 27,
commits an offence and is liable, in the case of a natural person, to a fine of $10,000 to $1,000,000 or, despite article 231 of the Code of Penal Procedure (chapter C-25.1), to a maximum term of imprisonment of 3 years, or to both the fine and imprisonment, or, in other cases, to a fine of $30,000 to $6,000,000.
67.1. Every person who
(1) fails to recover the halocarbons in the situations referred in the first or second paragraph of section 11, the first paragraph of section 14 or 15, section 31, the first paragraph of section 32 or section 36,
(2) contravenes the first or second paragraph of section 12 or the second paragraph of section 27,
commits an offence and is liable, in the case of a natural person, to a fine of $10,000 to $1,000,000 or, despite article 231 of the Code of Penal Procedure (chapter C-25.1), to a maximum term of imprisonment of 3 years, or to both the fine and imprisonment, or, in other cases, to a fine of $30,000 to $6,000,000.
